Designed by renowned architect Terry Hitchcock, and located on the exclusive beachfront at Whangapoua, Whare Moana IV makes the most of its panoramic ocean views and direct beach access.
Whare Moana IV has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has water views, morning sun, a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third and fourth bedrooms have single bunks.
The kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a very spacious open plan living and dining space, featuring a Jetmaster fireplace and a sunny window seat. A large deck leads to the lawn, and then the sandy beach. A second deck to the rear captures late afternoon sun in complete privacy. Outside, there are tables, chairs and sun loungers on the decks, and a gas barbeque and fireplace barbeque.
