Whare Moana IV has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has water views, morning sun, a super king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third and fourth bedrooms have single bunks.

The kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a very spacious open plan living and dining space, featuring a Jetmaster fireplace and a sunny window seat.  A large deck leads to the lawn, and then the sandy beach. A second deck to the rear captures late afternoon sun in complete privacy. Outside, there are tables, chairs and sun loungers on the decks, and a gas barbeque and fireplace barbeque.
